Our Massage Therapy sessions are based on time rather than technique. Instead of offering a large confusing menu at varying prices, we take a hands-on approach and will suggest techniques and tools as needed like cupping, stones, scraping and trigger point release.

Massage Therapy
30, 45, 60, and 90 Minutes
We offer a deep tissue massage catered to your schedule and needs. Healing can happen in as little as 30-45 minutes by targeting specific areas, or we can help with troublesome areas and build in relaxation with a longer session.
Reiki Massage
90 Minutes
Reiki massage combines touch therapy energy healing and meditative massage. You get all of the great benefits of Reiki while activating the parasympathetic nervous system, inducing a high level of calm and relaxation that induces the limbic system where emotions are processed. A session can bring you immense comfort and balance of the mind, body, and soul.
Reiki
30 and 60 Minutes
Reiki is an energy healing, where the practitioner is a channel for universal energy that helps cleanse the aura, unblock chakras, remove negative energy and put positive energy in its place. In a traditional reiki session, like this one, the client remains fully clothed, removing only their shoes and the energy healing combines above the body techniques and some light touching. The reiki experience is different and personal for each person.
