In 2019, Jeannette embarked on a new path dedicated to helping others on their journey to health and healing. As a licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner she uses a holistic approach to address each client's individual needs. Jeannette melds a clear presence and applied skill in each session, whether you’re looking for help with injuries, performance, everyday aches and pains, stress and anxiety, or spiritual balance, she can help! She is experienced in deep tissue massage, cupping, graston, trigger point therapy, hot stones, myofascial techniques, and energy healing.

Christina has been in the Health and Wellness industry just short of a decade. She found a love as an Esthetician for the last 8 years, but in 2019 she wanted to dive deeper to better support her son and Spoonie husband. She found success and passion in deep tissue massage, acupressure, and trigger point therapy. She has continued her studies, still ever the student, to eventually include touch therapy, emotional trauma release techniques, and reiki as she has found a need to bring healing to those who suffer and deserve healing. Currently, she finds her passion every day in chronic pain relief massage and pursues her goal of providing pain free days to every client that experiences chronic pain, and reminds their bodies what ‘fine’ truly feels like.
